Common questions
My order didn't come through.
If you were charged but the counter has no record of your order, call us with the 4-character order code from your confirmation screen and we'll sort it out immediately.
I need a refund.
Call or come by. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
I lost my loyalty stamps.
Stamps are stored on your phone, so deleting and reinstalling the app clears them, and they don't transfer to a new phone. Come see us — if you've been collecting, we'll take care of you.
Can I change an order after paying?
Call the shop right away. If we haven't started making it, we can usually adjust it.
How do I delete my information?
Everything the app stores lives on your own phone, so deleting the app removes it permanently. See our
